Sparkles is a developer platform with a clear promise: give every team member the power to build, without the risk. Safe sandboxes, real‑time previews, and one‑click deploys remove the fear from shipping, especially for people who don’t consider themselves engineers.
They came to us with a challenge shared by almost every modern AI and dev tool: the product was powerful, but visually it blended into a sea of cold, technical brands speaking only to developers.
We started by going deep on their ideal customer. Not the senior engineer, but the everyday, non‑dev employee who wants to create, experiment, and contribute without breaking production. That insight shaped everything that followed.
We created a complete brand system for Sparkles, including a new logo suite, color palette, typography, and a library of custom illustrations. The visual language is playful, friendly, and human which deliberately lowered the intimidation factor of building software, while still feeling credible and robust.
The result is a brand that stands apart in the AI space and clearly communicates Sparkles’ mission in seconds: make everyone on your team an engineer.
This project is a good example of our approach to brand‑led product companies, using strategy, personality, and clarity to turn complex tools into something people actually want to use.
